Senior Marketing Multimedia Specialist responsible for elevating Boldr’s brand narrative across multimedia and digital channels. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and creative excellence.
Responsibilities
Own the full creative lifecycle for high-impact multimedia and digital assets — including concept development, production, editing, motion, formatting, versioning, and final delivery.
Lead the asset pipeline by ensuring all creative is produced on schedule for campaigns, launches, editorial calendars, and strategic initiatives.
Maintain and elevate brand consistency, applying advanced design judgment to push visual quality, clarity, and innovation across all outputs.
Manage complex creative timelines from brief to delivery, proactively addressing dependencies, blockers, and prioritization needs.
Drive excellence within the creative production workflow, balancing speed, quality, experimentation, and optimization.
Introduce new methods, formats, tools, templates, and visual systems that improve efficiency and enable scalable production.
Maintain design systems, templates, and brand assets, ensuring they are continuously updated, organized, and usable across teams.
Transform long-form content (masterclasses, webinars, interviews, events, internal insights) into a high-volume, multi-format, marketing-ready library of assets — including:
- Short-form videos, reels, highlight cuts
- Carousels, infographics, social graphics
- Email and landing page visuals
- Website graphics and UI-driven assets
- Case study visuals, event materials, and presentation decks
Lead creative repurposing for key initiatives, ensuring every asset aligns with narrative structure and audience intent.
Apply expert-level storytelling, motion, layout, and UX principles to maximize engagement and message clarity.
Recommend high-impact creative formats, opportunities, and content angles that amplify strategy and improve performance.
Ensure all content reflects Boldr’s tone, quality, empathy, and design identity across channels.
Use advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality graphics and layouts.
Apply expert-level skills in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for video editing, motion graphics, and content slicing.
Use Figma for rapid layout creation, light UI/UX improvements, prototyping, and digital design.
Integrate creative assets into HubSpot, including upload, tagging, organization, and asset preparation for landing pages, workflows, campaigns, and web experiences.
Ensure assets are visually compelling, technically sound, and optimized for digital performance across devices and platforms.
Collaborate closely with the Content Manager to translate strategic themes and thought leadership into visual narratives and creative assets.
Work with the Campaign Manager to ensure all creative aligns with campaign strategy, timelines, KPIs, and channel requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Solutions, Sales, Product, People, Leadership) to support their creative needs while maintaining prioritization and quality standards.
Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and creative recommendations clearly and proactively.
Represent creative integrity in cross-functional meetings and serve as the creative lead on prioritized campaigns.
Support multimedia execution for key campaigns by coordinating deliverables and ensuring high-quality output.
Translate brand and marketing strategy into visual executions that support demand generation, thought leadership, and campaign objectives.
Apply advanced audience, UX, and brand insights to guide creative decisions and improve user journeys.
Collaborate with web, operations, and digital teams to refine layout, content hierarchy, visual consistency, and brand experience across digital properties.
Identify and propose visual opportunities that strengthen the narrative, improve comprehension, or elevate creative impact.
Lead continuous improvement of creative workflows, production processes, documentation, asset organization, file structure, and naming conventions.
Maintain scalable creative standards, guidelines, templates, and systems to support speed, quality, and brand alignment.
Proactively introduce new tooling, efficiencies, and techniques to optimize creative output.
Identify opportunities to repurpose, amplify, and extend content across channels through thoughtful creative strategy.
Manage multiple complex creative projects and competing deadlines with clarity, independence, and reliability.
Serve as the creative lead for key campaigns and strategic moments — guiding stakeholders through visual strategy, storytelling, execution, and delivery.
Anticipate stakeholder needs, provide expert creative recommendations, and help teams arrive at the most effective visual solutions.
Support onboarding and mentor junior creatives by sharing best practices, techniques, and quality standards.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in multimedia design, video production, or marketing content creation (agency or B2B preferred).
5+ years of hands-on experience in multimedia content creation, digital design, or creative production.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, and Figma (portfolio demonstrating mastery required).
Proficiency in Canva Pro, CapCut, or similar tools a plus.
Experience integrating assets into HubSpot (landing pages, email templates, campaigns).
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, design structure, motion, and UI/UX principles.
Proven ability to transform long-form content into high-impact, multi-format digital assets.
A strong eye for composition, narrative, pacing, and brand voice.
Deep understanding of content marketing and digital channel requirements.
Ability to maintain quality across large asset volumes and multiple campaign needs.
Strong communicator who can gather feedback, refine work quickly, and align stakeholders.
