About the role
- Associate Process Engineer supporting automation solutions in pharmaceutical production facilities. Collaborating with operators and management to enhance automated logistics processes.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the final phase of ongoing automation and robotics projects and the transition into an operational role supporting process with robotics and automation technologies
- Acting as a daily operational support for automated and robotic systems in production, working closely with operators
- Coordinating between warehouse, production and support functions to ensure stable and efficient automated logistics
- Helping operators troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated logistics and robotic equipment
- Monitoring, collecting and reporting relevant KPIs related to automated logistics and operational performance
- Identifying, driving and implementing process improvements to increase robustness, efficiency and flow
- Supporting deviation handling in close collaboration with quality responsible functions
- Ensuring proper documentation of procedures, processes and training material in accordance with good documentation practice
- Collaborating with process and quality teams to ensure cGMP compliance and inspection readiness, including participation in regulatory inspections
Requirements
- A min. a bachelor’s degree in automation, robotics, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 0-2 years of experience in working with robots or robotics automation
- Foundational knowledge of robotics and automation principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
- A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and challenge current practices
- Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
