About the role

Requirements
- You have successfully completed a technical degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Construction Project Management.
- You have at least 8 years of relevant professional experience in project management and have also gained in-depth experience in project controlling.
- Preparing project cost estimates and developing schedules for project, design and construction workflows comes naturally to you.
- You work precisely and bring a high degree of initiative and a strong quality awareness.
- You have very good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV, as well as proficiency with MS Office 365 and MS Project.
- You are characterized by empathy, persuasiveness, assertiveness and negotiation skills.
- You enjoy organizing and developing goal-oriented approaches.
