Project Manager Assistant supports project execution across multiple customer and internal projects. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with professionalism.
Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring deliveries meet contractual requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
Assist with project billing and shipping processes.
Prepare and support internal and external project status reporting.
Participate in internal project review meetings, with awareness of commercial and financial implications.
Attend and contribute to customer meetings, ensuring customer care remains a key focus.
Manage personal workload effectively, prioritising tasks to meet agreed deadlines.
Support other departments and perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.
Requirements
University degree in Engineering
Fluency in Italian (written and spoken).
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle or similar) is an advantage.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of project management principles.
Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
