About the role
- Project Manager Assistant supports project execution across multiple customer and internal projects. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring deliveries meet contractual requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Assist with project billing and shipping processes.
- Prepare and support internal and external project status reporting.
- Participate in internal project review meetings, with awareness of commercial and financial implications.
- Attend and contribute to customer meetings, ensuring customer care remains a key focus.
- Manage personal workload effectively, prioritising tasks to meet agreed deadlines.
- Support other departments and perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle or similar) is an advantage.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
