Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance program data, repositories, and business intelligence solutions to communicate program objectives, risks, issues, and overall status
- Independently lead the collection, translation, and operationalization of program and source-system data into effective reporting solutions
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, ensure clarity of acceptance criteria, and drive solution adoption
- Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and toolkits to strengthen execution of complex, cross-enterprise initiatives
- Proactively identify risks and issues, escalate roadblocks as needed, and drive resolution with end-to-end ownership
- Act as a point of contact for the GRAO Business Intelligence team, including supporting and mentoring less-experienced team members
Requirements
- BSc/BA diploma
- 3+ years of experience in data management or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and MS Project
- Strong experience developing program and portfolio reporting, dashboards, and management insights
- Expertise in data management, data modeling, and reporting solutions for large, multi‑workstream programs
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and analytics
- Ability to integrate and translate source system data into actionable business intelligence outputs
- Experience with SharePoint and SQL server
- Familiarity with program management repositories, tooling, and governance frameworks
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
