About the role

  • Travel Consultant in the B2B area at Decolar addressing cancellations, changes, and refund processes. Focused on client support across various channels while ensuring positive experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze all cancellation, change, and refund processes.
  • Send quotes and support transactions for affiliated agencies.
  • Read and interpret GDS histories and airline portal records.
  • Manage voluntary and involuntary reservation and ticketing issues.
  • Manage special service requests with suppliers, such as name corrections, meal additions, crib requests, and others.
  • Process refunds directly on airline and supplier portals.
  • Multichannel support: Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and other company platforms.
  • Monitor and resolve issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Engage in negotiation and customer retention when required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; completion of higher education or courses in Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience with GDS — Sabre and Amadeus (testing will be conducted).
  • Skills in: Communication (verbal and written), Organization, Teamwork.
  • Availability to work a 6x1 shift schedule, 15:00–21:00 — Alphaville, Barueri.
