Lead brand strategy and execution for pediatric oncology products at Norgine. Collaborate cross-functionally for brand positioning and hospital adoption in Spain and Portugal.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of the brands and products of the Paediatric Oncology unit for Spain and Portugal.
Design and update the Iberia Brand Plan (ES/PT) including positioning, segmentation, value proposition and omnichannel roadmap.
Plan and implement hospital indication launches and extensions, interacting with staff and in-field roles such as KAMs, MSLs, Access, Medical, Regulatory and Supply.
Define journeys by archetype, mix of channels (face-to-face, remote, scientific events, email, platforms, CRM) and end-to-end measurements for the benefit of customers and patients.
Getting involved in forecasting and demand planning, prioritizing investments, and optimizing ROI and budget efficiency within brands.
Collaborate with Market Access and Medical to generate clinical-economic value, materials adapted to decision-makers and evidence.
Ensure strict compliance with local legislation, codes of ethics and internal SOPs in all brand activities.
Requirements
University training in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration/Marketing or similar.
Strong experience in marketing and sales in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience working with complex hospital products (e.g., biologics, CAR-T, gene therapies, or high specialty).
Proven experience leading cross-functional brand teams.
Career in oncology, pediatric oncology or rare diseases.
High level of English (C1 or equivalent); Portuguese is valuable.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; Fluency with CRM/MA and analytics tools.
Experience in omnichannel environments and customer experience platforms.
Experience in market access and team management will be an asset.
Previous experience in sales, hospital access and close collaboration with KAMs will be valued.
