Responsibilities
Support the development of Mid-term strategy and annual brand plans
Lead market analysis of trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to uncover actionable insights
Initiate and lead projects aligned with strategic objectives, developing consumer-centric concepts, products, and communications.
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media
Conduct comprehensive post-launch analysis to inform future actions
Manage gate approvals and budgets and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years+ of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG
Strong analytical skills with logical and strategic thinking
Excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional teams
Fluent in Japanese, business-level English
Agility and Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
