About the role

  • Assistant Brand Manager supporting brand strategy and leading execution for Kellanova in Japan. Collaborating with a passionate team and developing consumer-centric marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of Mid-term strategy and annual brand plans
  • Lead market analysis of trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to uncover actionable insights
  • Initiate and lead projects aligned with strategic objectives, developing consumer-centric concepts, products, and communications.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media
  • Conduct comprehensive post-launch analysis to inform future actions
  • Manage gate approvals and budgets and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years+ of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong analytical skills with logical and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in Japanese, business-level English
  • Agility and Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
