Senior Brand Strategist leading brand evolution for Pagaleve, a fintech startup. Responsible for strategic positioning, campaign direction, and brand consistency across initiatives.
Responsibilities
Define and evolve Pagaleve's strategic positioning and value proposition.
Build and consolidate the brand platform (territory, core narrative, key messages, and the brand's role within the category).
Conduct exploratory research with customers and prospects (qualitative and quantitative), turning data and behavior into actionable strategic insights, either internally or with partners.
Lead brand health tracking initiatives and equity studies, analyze results, and propose strategic directions based on findings.
Structure and advance the brand communication strategy and calendar, ensuring coherence across campaigns, institutional initiatives, and business agendas.
Set narrative priorities throughout the year, organizing themes and communication territories in an integrated manner.
Translate business objectives into applicable and measurable brand strategies.
Work closely with the creative team to build, refine, and advocate for campaign concepts, structuring the strategic rationale behind ideas.
Lead brand strategy for launches and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment between narrative, product, and channels.
Ensure coherence among Branding, Product, Growth, and Performance teams.
Develop clear, consistent, and inspiring strategic briefs for internal teams and external partners.
Define frameworks and processes that ensure scalability and consistency of communication.
Requirements
Solid experience in brand strategy (strategic agencies or consultancies)
Proven track record in building positioning, territories, and brand platforms
Experience in repositioning or evolving a brand
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Experience in fintech or retail
Background in branding consultancy
Experience connecting branding with performance/growth
