About the role

  • Supervise and manage operational teams, ensuring quality and service standards are met in areas such as kitchen, cleaning, security, and maintenance.
  • Oversee construction projects, maintenance, general services, and inspections on campus, conducting follow-ups and periodic contract analyses.
  • Organize school events and field trips, coordinating logistics and ensuring the success of activities.
  • Manage administrative processes such as petty cash control, invoice verification, and monitor employees’ timekeeping and HR-related matters.
