About the role

  • Communications Manager leading and executing internal and external communications strategy at The Village School. Overseeing newsletters, social media, and website management to align messaging and enhance engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute The Village School’s internal and external communications strategy.
  • Oversee internal communications, school-wide newsletters, website management, event communications, and social media account management.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager to align messaging with broader marketing initiatives, enrollment strategies, and brand positioning.
  • Maintain a strong focus on community engagement and storytelling for current families, faculty, staff, and prospective families.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or related field
  • Experience managing websites and content management systems
  • Experience managing social media platforms for an organization
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
