Responsibilities
Coordinate the company's internal and external communications, ensuring coherence, clarity and strategic alignment of institutional messages;
Supervise and review content produced by the team (texts, campaigns and institutional materials) for social media, website, blogs and other channels;
Manage internal communications, promoting actions aimed at improving organizational climate and disseminating the guidelines of internal regulations and corporate best practices;
Develop media and communication projects for institutional and external events;
Coordinate Institutional Relations, Communications and Communities (RICC);
Act as liaison with local communities, community leaders, external agencies, city governments and other stakeholders;
Develop and execute socio-institutional relationship strategies in partnership with management, taking into account the company's main business challenges;
Support licensing processes, land acquisition and management of underground mining impacts on communities;
Lead communication and relationship initiatives on sensitive and high social-impact issues;
Serve as a strategic focal point between internal areas, capturing demands, risks and challenges that require institutional and communication responses;
Coordinate suppliers and third-party companies for events, sound systems, video walls and publicity;
Supervise, support and develop the team under your management, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, International Relations, Social Communication or related fields;
Specialization in Project Management, Corporate Communication, Institutional Relations and/or related areas is desirable;
Experience coordinating internal and external corporate communication, with integrated work in complex organizational environments;
Experience in Institutional Relations, Communications and Communities (RICC), including interfacing with public agencies, city governments, local leaders and other external stakeholders;
Experience managing sensitive and high social-impact issues, such as environmental licensing, land acquisition, impacts of underground mining and community management;
Experience in media relations and supporting corporate image and reputation management;
Ability to coordinate internally to capture demands, risks and institutional challenges across the company's various areas;
Experience in mining companies;
Advanced English.
