About the role

  • Inbound Sales Development Representative at Nord Security's B2B team, building cybersecurity tools to protect businesses. Engaging potential customers and driving sales development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively process inbound leads in a timely manner to ensure a swift response to customer inquiries.
  • Engage with potential customers through different channels, providing them with initial product information and assessing their needs.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information to facilitate seamless communication and tracking.
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team to manage their daily schedules and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Provide valuable feedback on leads to improve our sales strategies and enhance customer engagement.
  • Work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, take the initiative to get things done, try new approaches, and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal, team-working, and customer service skills
  • Good time management and analytical skills
  • Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills
  • Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English
  • Can-do attitude & a sense of humor
