Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.
Supporting leaders globally, specifically managing coordination for one leader based in the US, while supporting the remaining leadership team locally.
Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leadership.
Coordinating and managing special projects such as office moves, operational transitions, and small events.
Supporting site-level wellbeing and employee engagement events, including planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite execution.
Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies; ensuring smooth execution and follow-through.
Overseeing travel arrangements, budgeting, and vendor coordination when required.
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Requirements
3 - 6 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role in a corporate/global environment.
Demonstrate experience managing senior leadership schedules and providing support to senior stakeholders effectively.
Exhibit capability to oversee various projects concurrently and ensure their successful completion.
