Responsibilities
Develop and implement Nokia's project management methodologies and tools to ensure efficient project delivery.
Ensure governance practices are in place for visibility of operational KPIs and performance metrics.
Support project teams during pre-sales and delivery with best practices and quality gate reviews.
Drive continuous improvement of project management processes by gathering feedback and collaborating with global process owners.
Manage resource demand activities within customer teams, ensuring accurate forecasting and information accessibility.
Coordinate and support development of PM capability management through training and certification programs.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the PM community.
Act as PMO Local Representative, overseeing PMO operations in the Market Unit.
Requirements
5-8 years of relevant project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including risk management practices
Proficiency in stakeholder communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams
Experience with governance practices and performance reporting in a project environment
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor project management teams
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) (Nice-To-Have)
Experience in a global or multi-cultural project management setting (Nice-To-Have)
Familiarity with cost management and financial analysis in project delivery (Nice-To-Have)
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Nice-To-Have)
