About the role
- Develop and implement Nokia's project management methodologies and tools to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Ensure governance practices are in place for visibility of operational KPIs and performance metrics.
- Support project teams during pre-sales and delivery with best practices and quality gate reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes by gathering feedback and collaborating with global process owners.
- Manage resource demand activities within customer teams, ensuring accurate forecasting and information accessibility.
- Coordinate and support development of PM capability management through training and certification programs.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the PM community.
- Act as PMO Local Representative, overseeing PMO operations in the Market Unit.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including risk management practices
- Proficiency in stakeholder communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with governance practices and performance reporting in a project environment
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor project management teams
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) (Nice-To-Have)
- Experience in a global or multi-cultural project management setting (Nice-To-Have)
- Familiarity with cost management and financial analysis in project delivery (Nice-To-Have)
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Nice-To-Have)
- Experience in implementing training and development programs for project management (Nice-To-Have)
