Responsibilities
Design and recommend fixed network solutions aligned with customer business and technology objectives.
Lead solutions development for specific customer opportunities while coordinating end-to-end product aspects.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to presales teams and product units to ensure comprehensive solutions.
Present product roadmaps and technology evolution in fixed networks to customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate the preparation of offers, including technical and commercial responses, and secure approval for submission.
Support sales operations by contributing to proposal strategies and facilitating solution handovers to implementation teams.
Maintain strong customer relationships by serving as the primary contact and collaborating closely with technical stakeholders.
Develop and sustain domain expertise in fixed networks technologies and architectural considerations.
Requirements
Degree in telecommunications engineering or equivalent experience
Experience designing end-to-end solutions for carrier or service provider networks
Strong knowledge of Fixed Networks technology, particularly PON and DSL
Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals, including pricing strategies
Fluency in Japanese with local knowledge of Japanese enterprise and CSP markets
Understanding of carrier service and network integration practices
Experience in product management or pre-sales technical roles
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to telecommunications
Ability to present to senior technical and business managers
Experience working across departmental boundaries within large organizations
