- Documents and manages IT’s process landscape and maintain process repository. Communicates and trains the processes. Supports other IT teams with related questions.
- Supports to aligning and translating the business needs into required process change proposals.
- Collaborates with the process owners / process managers to design and define end-to-end processes.
- Works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements.
- Acts as a specialist in a team, who serves as best practice resource and / or is recognised as an expert within the same professional area in the business.
