Responsibilities
Lead the support and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on CoreHR and Absence
Drive issue resolution through technical troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration
Develop and maintain process and system documentation and process maps
Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technical requirements
Collaborate closely with technical teams, functional experts, and business leaders to deliver optimal solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership on technology capabilities and opportunities
Conduct business impact analysis and recommend solutions that align with organizational strategy
Perform comprehensive data analysis, validation, and visualization for decision support
Coordinate and contribute to all phases of testing, including the development of test plans and test scripts
Evaluate upcoming releases and new features for strategic fit and business value
Elicit, design, implement and support reports and reporting requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units
Support end-user training and system adoption
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of proven, demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Business Consultant on Oracle HCM
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline is required
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM (CoreHR, Absence)
Cloud certifications in Cloud applications and experience in CoreHR and Absence
Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization)
Proficient with OTBI and other reporting tools to aid ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint is an asset
Strong project management skills, including a good understanding of project phases and lifecycles
Experience in HCM data management, including performing audits for accuracy and compliance
Business-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with little guidance
Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail
