Staff Product Manager at Noibu’s R&D team managing high-impact, high-ambiguity initiatives in a cross-functional squad environment.
Responsibilities
Own an ambiguous or high-impact problem space end-to-end: from framing → to shipped solution → to measured outcomes
Lead discovery using customer conversations, product data, and competitive/market signals to de-risk the biggest unknowns
Define success metrics and decision-ready tradeoffs (scope/speed/risk) and communicate a clear rationale to keep the squad aligned
Drive solution discovery with Design and Engineering—turning hypotheses into experiments and iterating toward the best approach
Build and evolve a roadmap for your product area (and contribute to the cross-squad R&D roadmap) with clear sequencing and dependencies
Ship and land: instrument, monitor usage, respond to feedback, and iterate/fix until the work delivers the intended customer + business impact
Partner with GTM teams (Sales, CS, Marketing) to incorporate frontline insights and support rollout
Requirements
Experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment (startup or fast-paced teams strongly preferred)
Proven track record shipping complex products end-to-end, not just maintaining roadmaps
Demonstrated ownership of outcomes: you can show how shipped work changed customer behaviour and moved business metrics
Strong product judgment: prioritization under constraints, crisp tradeoff thinking, and decision clarity
Customer-first and evidence-driven: strong discovery habits; defaults to data and real signals over opinion
Strong analytical fluency: metrics definition, instrumentation, and interpreting performance (experimentation a plus)
Technical fluency and systems thinking (APIs, data flows, integrations, complex workflows)
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication in a squad model (Eng/Design/GTM)
Strong examples of owning high-ambiguity / high-risk initiatives where the solution path was not obvious
Demonstrated ability to de-risk initiatives through hypotheses, discovery experiments, and staged learning
Clear examples of landing vs launching: iterating post-ship until impact is realized
Confidently managing dependencies (platform/cross-squad) through influence, clarity, and proactive coordination
Examples of stopping/pivoting when evidence didn’t support continued investment.
