About the role

  • Account Manager at Ninja Van managing client relations and ensuring fulfillment services. Building client partnerships and addressing logistical concerns while driving satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end to end onboarding of newly acquired shippers by the Sales team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction
  • Managing client accounts, overseeing orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and dispatch, and resolving any issues or discrepancies
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, relaying information and ensuring smooth coordination
  • Addressing client concerns or challenges related to fulfillment, logistics, and overall service delivery
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or products to existing clients and expanding the scope of services provided
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account fulfillment and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Management Engineering or any business related courses
  • Analytical, Marketing, Presentation and interpersonal skills
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field specifically in Account Management, Stakeholder Management, Client Coordination
  • Background in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain and fulfilment solutions
  • With relevant product or industry knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive with a can-do attitude
  • Open to client visit or outside office meeting when necessary
