About the role

  • UX Designer enhancing B2B shopping platform user experiences with autonomy and collaboration. Involved in redesigning user journeys and conducting user research for improved usability.

Responsibilities

  • Work on the evolution of our B2B purchasing platform, directly contributing to transforming user experiences into simpler, more efficient journeys aligned with real business needs.
  • Evaluate and redesign flows and journeys with a focus on usability, clarity and efficiency.
  • Actively participate in requirement mapping for new developments, ensuring a deep understanding of user and business needs.
  • Conduct interviews with users and internal teams to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Support strategic initiatives with deliverables that balance experience and impact.
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams from discovery through delivery.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the UX discipline within the company.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a UX Designer working on digital products.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Figma (from wireframing to prototyping).
  • Experience conducting user research to identify needs.
  • Generalist profile: ability to work across all stages of the design process (discovery, ideation, prototyping and validation).
  • Strong communication skills and ease collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and practice active listening.
  • Critical thinking focused on solving real problems.
  • User-centric mindset with attention to delivering value to users.
  • It will be a plus if you have:
  • Knowledge of procurement, supply chain or e-procurement.
  • Experience with B2B platforms.
  • Proactive use of AI tools to accelerate discovery and prototyping (e.g., GPT, Readdy, Galileo, etc.).
  • Experience with usability testing and user behavior analysis.
