Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with regional and global objectives.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends in CZ/SK.
Adapt and localize brand messaging to ensure relevance in Czech and Slovak markets.
Manage PR, media relations, and corporate communications locally.
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, partnerships).
Support lead generation and nurturing in close collaboration with the sales team.
Measure campaign ROI and optimize based on performance data.
Manage local digital presence, including website content, SEO/SEM, and social media.
Drive customer engagement through localized content marketing and storytelling.
Organize local trade shows, customer events, and community engagements.
Build and manage relationships with agencies, partners, and influencers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success).
Provide regular reporting on market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
Marketing experience, preferably in B2B and/or industrial sectors in an international environment.
Strong knowledge of Czech and Slovak markets.
Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand awareness activities.
Excellent communication skills in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-focused campaigns.
Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
