About the role
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends in CZ/SK.
- Adapt and localize brand messaging to ensure relevance in Czech and Slovak markets.
- Manage PR, media relations, and corporate communications locally.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, partnerships).
- Support lead generation and nurturing in close collaboration with the sales team.
- Measure campaign ROI and optimize based on performance data.
- Manage local digital presence, including website content, SEO/SEM, and social media.
- Drive customer engagement through localized content marketing and storytelling.
- Organize local trade shows, customer events, and community engagements.
- Build and manage relationships with agencies, partners, and influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success).
- Provide regular reporting on market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- Marketing experience, preferably in B2B and/or industrial sectors in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of Czech and Slovak markets.
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand awareness activities.
- Excellent communication skills in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-focused campaigns.
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
