Responsibilities
Research and build targeted prospect lists for accounting firms in NZ, AU, UK, and the US
Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce services and start first conversations
Ask discovery questions to qualify prospects and gather relevant information
Handle basic objections professionally and confidently
Book qualified meetings for the Business Development Manager
Record detailed call notes, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM
Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM records
Manage follow-ups to ensure no leads are missed or forgotten
Prepare prospect lists, call reports, and outreach summaries
Support email follow-ups, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation
Assist with internal sales trackers and documentation
Use CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), spreadsheets, dialers, and email tools daily
Follow defined sales processes and scripts while keeping conversations natural
