About the role
- Readiness & Operations Transition Manager supporting solar and battery project launches. Responsible for transition activities and ensuring operational readiness in projects across the region.
Responsibilities
- Support the successful launch and long-term performance of new solar and battery storage projects
- Focus on readiness and transition activities for the first 2–3 years
- Manage day-to-day transition processes to ensure timely and efficient completion
- Conduct field inspections of PV modules, inverters, trackers, and more
- Troubleshoot and diagnose PV system issues
- Support warranty claim documentation
- Validate SCADA and monitoring system readiness
Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years
- Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Licensed Electrician
