- Develop highly complex, mission critical scoped and global applications for DHS
- Participate in agile daily scrums and ceremonies, updating stories in ServiceNow
- Support customer requirement workshops with product owner/stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior and mid-level staff
- Design, create, and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.
- Support the development of use cases and testing procedures
Requirements
- U.S. citizen with the ability to attain DHS EOD
- BA + 15 years applicable experience
- 1 or more active ServiceNow certifications
- Extensive understanding of ServiceNow configuration and scripting
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP/REST
- Experience with Okta and SSO technologies
- Experience using the Workflow Editor to configure workflows
