About the role

  • Personal Assistant supporting in e-communication, financial planning, and offer management at Next Generation Insurances. Role includes organizing, email management, and financial tasks remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, respond to, and archive incoming email
  • Prepare proposals/quotes
  • Financial planning using Google Sheets
  • Schedule appointments and monitor activities in the CRM

Requirements

  • IHK qualification as an Insurance and Finance Clerk OR demonstrable experience in insurance and finance
  • Knowledge of the main types of insurance coverage
  • Willingness to learn
