About the role

Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality financial, utilization, and benchmarking analysis to support client strategy, renewal planning, and ongoing service needs
- Developing accurate reporting, analyzing trends, and translating data into actionable insights
- Producing timely, accurate analytical deliverables that support client retention and growth initiatives
- Supporting complex client accounts through collaboration with Producers, Benefits Consultants, and Account Managers
- Maintaining accurate, current, and organized market and client data within internal systems
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in benefits analytics or financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, required
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, required
- Experience in the healthcare industry with a group insurance carrier, broker, or consulting firm preferred
- Strong knowledge of group insurance products including medical, dental, CDHP, pharmacy, life, and disability
- Active Health Insurance (Life & Health) license required
