About the role
- Finance Lead involved in Foundry's capital forecast and strategic profitability initiatives. Collaborating with finance teams and senior leadership on financial analysis and capital management.
Responsibilities
- Drive Foundry's near- and long-term capital forecast to support capacity planning and profitability.
- Lead capital POR/LRP forecast, BOD/Audit finance committee updates, and quarterly CPA approvals.
- Partner with FSP (Foundry Strategic Planning) in capital related activities.
- Engage executive management and convey clear messages.
- Perform robust financial analysis, modeling, and data manipulation with tools like Power BI / Power Query.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 4+ year relevant experience;
- Master's/MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 3+ year relevant experience
- Experience with financial modeling for decision-making
- Experience with financial systems such as PowerBI/PowerQuery, SAP, and related tools
- Prior Foundry manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Foresite (Capital system) experience a plus
- Python is a plus
- Experience with long-term forecasting, capacity planning, capital forecast, or wafer cost is preferred.
