About the role

  • GTM Expert in a B2B SaaS startup, focusing on automation and scaling go-to-market strategies. Collaborating across sales, marketing, and product for optimized performance in audit processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale our go-to-market engine
  • Automate and optimize sales and marketing processes
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product
  • Design and implement the GTM strategy for SaaS
  • Build automation pipelines (lead generation → qualification → nurture → conversion)
  • Implement, manage and optimize marketing & sales technologies (e.g., CRM, sales engagement tools)
  • Set up tracking, attribution and KPI dashboards for performance measurement
  • Identify, prioritize and implement growth levers
  • Collaborate with Sales to improve lead follow-up, scoring and conversion/close rates
  • Lead cross-functional projects with Product & Customer Success to improve activation and retention

Requirements

  • Proven experience building GTM processes in SaaS environments
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation and performance channels
  • Experience with relevant tools/stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, etc.)
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach
  • Strong process and project management skills
  • Team player with a hands-on mindset
  • Excellent German skills (minimum C1)
