About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative focusing on commercial development for public sectors. Responsible for sales cycle management, client satisfaction, and internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities with local authorities
  • Understand clients' needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Manage the sales cycle in collaboration with presales and field sales teams
  • Ensure optimal customer satisfaction and identify renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Work in synergy with product, marketing, and support teams

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience selling management solutions (ERP, financial management software, HR systems, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the public sector or local government market is a plus
  • Comfortable on the phone with strong listening and persuasion skills
  • Good command of CRM tools and cloud solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and achieve targets within set deadlines
