Responsibilities
Develop our client base and execute processes to generate new sales opportunities;
Build relationships with our prospects by nurturing and educating them about our product and its value through outbound cold calls, emails, or even social media!
Personalize our content according to the prospect. We are building a human connection; our prospects should feel that they are valuable potential clients. Therefore, you should care about the details about them.
Pass on leads that are sales-qualified to an account executive to close.
Understand client needs and requirements. You will also brainstorm together with your team on how we can identify key players and generate interest in Insider One’s products in targeted industries and segments.
Most importantly, you will learn. A LOT. You will join countless training sessions, and you will also learn from your team members and leaders who are top-notch sales professionals.
Requirements
Good exposure to the e-commerce space,
The ability to multitask and manage time effectively,
Have advanced Spanish and English
Has the availability to work in a hybrid mode in São Paulo,
A strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day,
Creativity in researching markets, identifying key players, and generating leads,
Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment,
Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills,
Preferably, digital marketing–related experience in a customer-oriented position.
