Responsibilities

  • Developing new business opportunities across print and digital advertising
  • Building and managing a portfolio of high-quality, premium advertisers
  • Selling advertising, sponsorship and branded partnerships
  • Taking a consultative approach, understanding client objectives and recommending tailored solutions
  • Positioning Essex Life as a trusted platform for luxury and lifestyle brands
  • Managing your sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Building long-term relationships with business owners, marketing managers and senior decision-makers across Essex

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within media, advertising or a related commercial environment
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Confidence selling premium or value-led propositions
  • A consultative mindset, focused on solutions rather than selling space
  • Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working to targets
  • A good understanding of the Essex business landscape is highly beneficial
  • A professional and credible approach when engaging with senior stakeholders
