Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within media, advertising or a related commercial environment
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Confidence selling premium or value-led propositions
A consultative mindset, focused on solutions rather than selling space
Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working to targets
A good understanding of the Essex business landscape is highly beneficial
A professional and credible approach when engaging with senior stakeholders
