Responsibilities
**Identify and win new business** by proactively reaching out to potential clients across your region using cold calling and outbound sales techniques.
**Work to clear financial targets and KPIs**, consistently striving to exceed monthly revenue goals and performance benchmarks
**Manage and grow existing client accounts**, providing ongoing support, identifying upsell opportunities, and increasing client spend through strategic recommendations
**Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline**, using a consultative approach to move prospects through the sales cycle
**Build long-term relationships** with clients by providing expert advice, excellent service, and ongoing support
**Collaborate with internal teams** to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign delivery for new clients
**Stay informed** on industry trends, competitor activity, and LOCALiQ’s evolving product suite to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements
**Proven track record in B2B sales** – You’ve successfully sold to businesses before and understand how to navigate commercial conversations with confidence and credibility.
**Experienced in outbound cold calling** – You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and spark new opportunities, even when starting from scratch.
**Confident in securing new business over the phone** – You know how to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close deals remotely.
**Skilled at growing existing client accounts** – You don’t just maintain relationships, you deepen them, spotting opportunities to add value and increase spend.
**Delivers exceptional customer service** – You go above and beyond to ensure clients feel supported, understood, and valued at every stage of the journey.
**Understanding of multimedia advertising (advantageous)** – You’re familiar with digital and print advertising formats and how they can work together to drive results.
