About the role

• Property Manager at Newsec managing asset operations and tenant relations for commercial real estate. Responsible for lease management, budgeting, and operational reports in a hybrid work structure.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead the property’s operations, implementing the owner-approved asset strategy and targets.
• Act as the authorized representative for property management matters and maintain proactive communication with the owner and tenants.
• Manage short-term lease agreements and ensure timely invoicing and rent collection.
• Oversee lease compliance: monitor tenant obligations, handle issues, and ensure house rules are followed.
• Control deposits, manage receivables, and coordinate debt recovery while aligning payment terms and deadlines.
• Approve supplier invoices, submit documentation to accounting on time, and ensure payments and reconciliations meet agreed timelines.
• Coordinate required works/services with the technical/operations lead, monitor quality, and contribute to supplier tenders and evaluations.
• Prepare the annual property management budget, control costs, and deliver monthly property management and operations reports to the owner.

Requirements

• Higher education degree.
• Proven experience in property/asset management (commercial real estate experience is an advantage).
• Strong English skills (spoken and written).
• Solid planning and work organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a hands-on, ownership mindset.
• Confident user of MS Office.
