About the role
- Senior IT Analyst supporting technology solutions and infrastructure at Newell Brands. Key role in enhancing productivity and resolving IT-related issues for end users across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to end users both in-house and remote (team based across EMEA)
- Participate in global projects as well as in 2nd and 3rd line functional groups.
- First point of contact for Sint Niklaas whilst supporting the other sites across EMEA.
- Install, configure, manage, maintain the local client infrastructure.
- Maintain and do initial troubleshooting on the local server infrastructure in co-ordination with global teams.
- Troubleshooting and providing hands-on support for the local telephone system and network, as well as factory Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) equipment.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, and Active Directory management, including DNS, DHCP, and VLAN.
- Hands-on with file and print services (file sharing, permissions, printer setup) and end-user hardware (laptops, tablets, mobile devices, scanners, printers).
- Proficient in VPN, Office 365 Enterprise Suite, SAP, Teams.
- Proven experience within production environments, including OT and IoT systems.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken), with willingness to travel occasionally across EMEA.
