Sales Representative managing business development across stores for Newell Brands. Engaging clients through commercial agreements and optimizing store performances.
Responsibilities
Enforce negotiated agreements
Consistently implement commercial agreements made with customers
Reiterate the structure of the agreement and its mutual commitments
Advise customers to grow their business using the four levers: assortment, shelf space (planogram), pricing and promotions
Support the customer in developing their business through merchandising practices
Ensure the presence of negotiated assortments and Power SKUs
Ensure optimal visibility of brands and products
Eliminate out-of-stocks and take action to optimize inventory
Ensure the commercial success and profitability of operations
Achieve peak-period objectives for each category
Complete daily reporting in the CRM
Ensure effective information flow
Conduct in-store competitive monitoring
Manage all allocated resources (fixtures, "winner-per-store" displays, televisions, etc.)
Inform and train contacts on products, markets and best practices for shelf management to improve their performance.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac +5) ideally from a business school, with a first professional experience or internship in retail preferred
