About the role

  • Enterprise Sales Executive managing the full sales cycle for AxisCare's healthcare technology solutions. Building relationships and strategizing to achieve sales goals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Pipeline: Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound interest.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Lead opportunities from discovery to contract execution, managing multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute account-specific strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain CRM accuracy and provide regular updates using tools like HubSpot and Gong.
  • Market Engagement: Represent AxisCare at 3–5 industry conferences annually to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay current with trends in the healthcare and home care sectors to tailor conversations and solutions effectively.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales; experience in healthcare or home care is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals over $150k ARR with extended sales cycles.
  • Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Gong, and Zoom.
  • Excellent Communicator: Able to clearly present value propositions and influence at the executive level.
