Responsibilities

  • Manage the commercial relationship and lead strategic negotiations
  • Expand the presence and profitability of multiple premium brands
  • Ensure achievement of revenue targets
  • Analyze commercial performance and identify growth levers
  • Propose and implement tailored action plans

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in negotiating with purchasing groups and central buyers
  • Strong experience managing strategic key accounts
  • Excellent knowledge of GSS channels (garden centers, home & décor, department stores)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, commercial data analysis and KPI monitoring
  • Cross-functional project management skills
  • Good understanding of contractual processes and the requirements of large-scale retail
