Digital Marketer driving B2B growth through social and display campaigns at New10 fintech. Collaborating with teams to optimize customer engagement and marketing performance.
Responsibilities
Own Paid Social & Display campaigns across DV360, Meta, and LinkedIn: plan, launch and continuously optimise campaigns for reach, quality traffic, and conversions
Develop B2B audience strategies and creative messaging frameworks aligned to New10’s brand positioning and tone of voice
Experiment with new formats/channels (e.g., short-form video, audio, dynamic creative formats, thought-leadership organic social)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven, brand-consistent campaigns optimized for maximum impact
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, championing innovation and ethical best practices
Requirements
Has 5+ years experience in B2B digital marketing with hands-on experience with DV360, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for B2B, able to set up and optimise complex campaigns independently
Demonstrates success in audience strategy and funnel design for SME decision-makers (from awareness to application/lead)
Has a strong grasp of digital analytics (GA4, platform reporting), experimentation (A/B, incrementality), and clear insight storytelling
Is practical with OKRs and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS/ROI) and can translate findings into action
Is experienced in cross-channel campaign management and creative testing
Has entrepreneurial mindset, is confident to think broadly beyond current paid channels: exploring audio, organic social, and integrated brand campaigns
Is proficient with AI-driven marketing tools and prompt engineering
Communicates fluently in Dutch (native) and English, with strong stakeholder management
Familiarity with Tealium or similar tag management and audience platforms is a plus
