About the role

  • Channel Manager responsible for recruiting and managing channel partners for Netrio’s offerings. Engaging with partners to drive sales and create long-term relationships while focusing on performance metrics and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with partners
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Drive market awareness of Netrio’s solutions through active participation in partner events
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key partners to assess performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technology or managed services sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with C-level executives
  • High proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration tools
