Responsibilities
Help enable our ads experience and integrations with our ads partners
Partner closely with product designers working on delivering a delightful, engaging, and highly relevant ads experience
Be a strategic partner with our product, engineering, business, and sales teams to develop visibility into ads performance and member delight
Create foundational features for our enterprise tools, codify terminology, define copy style and patterns, and craft useful UI copy
Work with technical partners to ingest and synthesize highly complex information, turning technical jargon into user-friendly content that's consistent and legible for B2B audiences
Drive alignment and prioritization, while partnering with cross-functional peers across design, engineering, and product to define a strong UX for a specific audience
Requirements
6+ years of relevant experience: UX writing, content design, technical writing, taxonomy, and information architecture
Past experience in ads is also highly valuable for this role
Demonstrated experience synthesizing business requirements and user needs into UI content for enterprise audiences
Mastery of AP style and the confidence to know when to break the rules
Ability to navigate ambiguity and traverse altitudes, from strategic visioning to tactical execution
Highly collaborative, organized and self-directed; able to effectively prioritize and respond accordingly to the shifting needs of the team.
