Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a mix of GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Partnerships) and other critical openings across the business.
Quickly build strong pipelines using a combination of sourcing, outreach, referrals, and network tapping.
Conduct high-quality recruiter screens that assess skills, motivation, and role alignment while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and ideal candidate profiles.
Provide ongoing updates, insights, and recommendations to hiring leaders throughout the process.
Maintain clean candidate data, notes, and activity logs in our ATS.
Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch experience to every candidate representing Netcraft’s values and brand
Requirements
3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced tech, cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B environments.
