About the role

  • Technical Outbound Product Manager focusing on NetApp Storage Management software. Collaborating with teams to ensure customer success through technical value propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams across the product lifecycle
  • Own end-to-end assigned technology/product area(s) on specific technical topics
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert; evangelize NetApp and assigned technologies
  • Create technical competitive collaterals (presentations, videos, blogs, solution briefs, etc)
  • Conduct periodic training and information delivery sessions
  • Support product launch activities and assist with Tradeshows, Conferences and Technical Sales Training
  • Respond to customer or field inquiries, assist with Technical RFPs
  • Influence product roadmap and development priorities

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • 10 to 15 years of Industry experience preferred
  • A Bachelor of Science/computer or advanced degree in electrical engineering, or computer science or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in core technologies like; SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, Kerberos, SCIM
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Least Privilege
  • Azure AD, Okta, Auth0, Active Directory, SailPoint, Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
  • Deep knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory
  • Knowledge of REST-APIs, Terraform, Ansible & Python (or any other scripting languages) for automation and integration
  • Deep Understanding IAM within AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Strong knowledge on Security & Governance like; Zero Trust, CIA Triad (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability), PKI, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
  • Understanding attack vectors like phishing, credential stuffing, and social engineering
  • User provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and certification
  • Generating reports, managing audit logs for compliance and security
  • Hands-on experience in deploying and managing enterprise-scale SaaS application IAM/security capabilities in any public cloud or hybrid cloud.
  • Building lab environment in short notice for solution validation/demo/POCs.
