About the role
- Senior Product Manager in Continence Care shaping innovation and driving decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead important commercial projects promoting user health.
Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial track of key innovation projects ranging from short term to long term horizons
- Define unmet needs, positioning and claiming strategy for your innovation projects
- Own the commercial ambition for your innovation projects and drive the forecasting process with markets to support ambitious global targets
- Define global roll-out plan and timings
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, local markets and more to ensure alignment and momentum
- Travel approximately 20 days per year to engage with subsidiaries and customers around the world
Requirements
- A commercial master’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in product management, consulting, business development, strategic commercial roles or other market oriented functions
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A genuine interest in improving life for users and creating solutions that make a meaningful difference
- Experience in healthcare or medical devices is an advantage
- Fluency in English
