About the role

  • Brand Marketing & Communication Specialist at Kerakoll focusing on local marketing and communication strategies. Collaborating with Corporate teams and managing various marketing assets and media relations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and manage a wide range of marketing tools, including brochures, presentations, digital content, and promotional items, ensuring alignment with corporate brand guidelines while addressing local market needs.
  • Align with Regional Marketing and Corporate Marketing Centres of Excellence for the constant update on brand guidelines and technical content.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers such as graphic designers, printing companies, and advertising agencies to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of marketing tools and campaigns.
  • Manage graphic production workflows and oversee the creation and adaptation of visual assets, ensuring all marketing communications comply with brand standards and local regulations.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with media, journalists, and influencers to enhance brand visibility through press releases, interviews, event coverage, and other public relations activities.
  • Plan and execute local media campaigns, monitor their impact, and provide reporting for performance analysis.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives by creating engaging content, coordinating social media activities, and leveraging digital tools to maximize audience engagement and lead generation, coordinating with Corporate Digital Marketing team.
  • Coordinate activities with external partners and internal teams to ensure message consistency and alignment with business objectives across communication campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing (B2B experience preferred)
  • Experience in building materials, construction, chemical or industrial sector is a strong asset
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Fluent Polish and English (mandatory); Italian is a strong plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite – preferred)
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms)
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix and international environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident decision-making and ability to take initiative
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capability
