Field Sales Specialist for Purina responsible for achieving sales targets in allocated regions. Engaging with customers and maximizing brand visibility through various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Realizezi obiectivelor lunare convenite prin atingerea indicatorilor de performanta (GPS, OG, de distribuție, de acoperire, de vizite, de frecvență de vizitare, merchandising, incasari) pentru zona atribuita.
Implementezi planurile in magazin pe canal si brand / produs, utilizand instrumentele de merchandising / POSM pentru a maximiza vanzarile.
Asiguri vizibilitatea brand-urilor NPP prin participarea la evenimentele de profil (expozitii, concursuri, congrese, workshop-uri, etc) in conformitate cu planul comunicat.
Implementezi planurile si programele catre clientii din zona alocata conform cu mecanismele si instructiunile primite.
Colectezi banii și coordonezi / monitorizezi platile incasarilor de la clienti.
Dezvolti planul de vanzari si a celor de canal / client / produse prin furnizarea de feedback cu privire la executarea activităților cuprinse in planul de executie.
Monitorizezi zilnic performanta clientului fata de indicatorii definiti (vanzari/sales out, nivelul stocurilor, plasarea comenzii la timp, etc)
Requirements
Experienta in vanzari - min. 2 ani
Absolvent de studii superioare
Limba engleza – nivel mediu
Carnet de conducere categoria “B”
Cunostinte despre piata si industria FMCG
Abilitati de negociere, persuasiune si lucru in echipa
Comunicare, entuziasm, abilitati de prezentare.
