- Export Operations Executive collaborating on shipment logistics and customer service for Nestlé. Ensuring timely processing, planning, and reporting within supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Supply Planner, Event Management team, Forwarding Agents, Shipping Lines, GLP, 3rd Party Logistics/Warehouse team and Haulage (transport) to ensure timely arrangement of shipment to Customer
- Attend to customer queries, manage expectation and provide added value service to customer in terms of supply status and shipping schedule in timely basis
- Manage order processing, shipment booking and container planning, claims/complaints handling, billing, and stocks monitoring
- Prepare reports/slides for all Operation Reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or any other relevant background
- 3+ years of experience in production planning, logistics industries, freight forwarding or any related fields
- Knowledgeable in SAP System, and Microsoft Offices
- Intermediate English Level
