Responsibilities
Drive Nespresso’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business performance by owning and developing Nespresso-owned digital platforms (B2C & B2B)
Translate global eCommerce strategy into local execution, ensuring best-in-class customer experience, sustainable growth, and strong commercial results across all digital touchpoints
Own the performance of Nespresso’s DTC eCommerce platforms (B2C and B2B) in the local market
Ensure continuous monitoring and analysis of digital performance (traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, CLV)
Identify growth opportunities and optimize the end-to-end digital journey
Ensure a seamless, consistent, and premium customer experience across all digital touchpoints
Partner with Marketing, CRM, Supply Chain, IT, and Customer Service to deliver integrated omnichannel initiatives
Own and manage E-Commerce business cases and initiatives, ensuring clear ROI and alignment with strategic priorities
Act as the end-responsible for DTC eCommerce performance and results in the local market
Attract, develop, and retain top digital talent through coaching, feedback, and structured development plans
Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Digital or equivalent
5–6 years relevant experience in eCommerce/Digital, with 2–3 years in a people or functional leadership role
Strong commercial acumen with proven experience driving online sales and conversion
Solid experience managing digital platforms, performance analytics, and customer journeys
End-to-end exposure to eCommerce operations including UX, CRO, CRM, digital marketing, and platform optimization
Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution
