Responsibilities
Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with partners across the ecosystem
Develop and execute Joint Business Plans including KPIs, revenue goals, and GTM motions

Align internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, enablement) with partner motions
Lead co-selling and co-marketing activities, including events, workshops, and campaigns
Conduct ongoing business reviews, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking
Train, onboard, and enable the teams on companies offerings and value proposition
Monitor market trends and competitive insights to guide partnership strategy
Requirements
Experienced and highly motivated Alliance Manager
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, including executive-level engagement
High level of ownership, independence, and the ability to influence without authority
