About the role
- Lead SHE practices and promote workplace safety culture at Nestlé. Oversee safety initiatives and provide coaching for teams in factories and distribution centers.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of corporate initiatives to foster a safety culture
- Provide technical support to factory and distribution center (DC) teams to ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements
- Define corporate objectives and metrics to contribute to the improvement of the area’s KPIs
- Lead meetings to manage the performance of the SHE Management System
- Lead on-site audits to verify compliance with internal and legal requirements
- Conduct factory visits to provide coaching for the implementation of SHE tools within the TPM (Total Performance Management) methodology
- Prepare and review corporate documents aimed at standardizing SHE practices across Nestlé Brazil operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in SHE (Safety, Health & Environment)
- Experience in people/team management
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – Intermediate (Required)
- Power BI – Intermediate (Required)
